Description of Practice:

Mr. Finamore has been a trial lawyer in Massachusetts since 1983. The focus of his practice has been personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including claims of products liability, motor vehicle torts, premises liability, medical and professional malpractice, civil rights and police misconduct, worker's compensation, aviation and maritime liability, construction site accidents, and other cases of general negligence and intentional torts. In the majority of these areas he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He practices before all Federal and Massachusetts trial courts in various administrative tribunals, and in private arbitration. He regularly serves as an arbitrator and mediator.

Mr. Finamore has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including claims based upon commercial torts, contracts and product warranties, unfair business practices and competition, insurance settlement practices and subrogation, employments contracts, proprietary commercial information, fire loss and property damage, insurance policy and coverage issues, employment and housing discrimination, ERISA benefits, probate litigation, consumer class action litigation, and divorce, support and custody proceedings.
