Description of Practice:
Dr. Freiberg has concentrated his practice in general business and litigation matters, family counseling and estate planning, and complex legal matters regarding children. Professional History:

Dr. Freiberg joined Weston Patrick as a Member in 1993. Before then he was a member of the firm of Hale, Sanderson, Byrnes & Morton, P.A., from 1986 to1993, and an associate attorney at Hale and Dorr, LLP, from 1982 to 1986.

Consulting and Teaching
Dr. Freiberg consults to a wide variety of corporate entities and individuals on strategic decision making. Drawing on his doctoral training in social psychology of children at risk, he has appeared before many courts and governing bodies as an expert witness and consultant, and lectures widely on the interplay of law and social-psychology as they concern children involved with the law. He also lectures frequently on topics concerning law and society in the United States and countries abroad, in both English and French. Publications:
Dr. Freiberg has published over thirty books, articles, chapters and reviews in five different languages on a wide variety of legal and social-psychology matters.
