Description of Practice:
Mr. Harding's practice primarily involves the defense of insurance companies, their insureds, and self insurers in all Courts of the Commonwealth, as well as providing representation in disputes involving insurance coverage. Over the course of his career Mr. Harding has tried over 300 cases in all Courts of the Commonwealth and the United States District Court, as well as in forums outside of Massachusetts, in matters ranging from complex aviation disasters, product liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle torts, to environmental disasters and insurance coverage disputes. In addition, Attorney Harding has made numerous appearances before appellate courts in Massachusetts and the First Circuit.

Professional History:
Mr. Harding joined Weston Patrick in 1979. A Member since 1987, he has concentrated his practice in the trial and appeal of civil cases, primarily for insurance companies and self insured organizations. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Harding served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
