Description of Practice:
Mr. Holly concentrates his practice in the areas of probate and trust administration, and serves as Trustee on a number of private trusts. He served for over 25 years as general counsel to Curry College, Milton, Massachusetts. He served for over 20 years as closing counsel to West Newton Savings Bank, Newton, Massachusetts, where he conducted hundreds of residential and commercial loan closings. He serves as title counsel and agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
