Description of Practice:
Mr. Gallo works in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, elder law, guardianship and conservatorship, as well as income tax preparation for indiviudals, trusts and estates. His estate planning work interfaces frequently with Medicaid law and asset-protection strategies. Mr. Gallo also has experience with non-profit corporate law, serving as the administrator of a non-profit corporate trustee in Massachusetts, that has served hundreds of elderly and disabled beneficiaries.
