Description of Practice:
Ms. Caiazzi has concentrated her practice in litigation since 1995, insurance-defense litigation since 1997. Her clients have included several property and casualty insurers together with their insured policyholders. In addition, Ms. Caiazzi has represented individuals and businesses in prosecuting and defending against claims involving personal injury, property damage, and monetary damages arising from breach of contract. A trial attorney, Ms. Caiazzi has tried hundreds of cases in courts throughout the Commonwealth. Ms. Caiazzi's work has also included subrogation claims; defense of first and third party claims alleging bad faith and violations of consumer protection laws; and close work with various Special Investigations Units in combating insurance fraud, including effective use of Examinations Under Oath and successful proof at trial of claimant fraud.

Professional History:
Ms. Caiazzi joined Weston Patrick, P.A., in 2011 as an Associate. Prior to that, Ms. Caiazzi was employed as in-house counsel to Liberty Mutual Insurance Group; Main Street America Group and Hanover Insurance Group between 1997 and 2008. In 2010, Ms. Caiazzi joined Bellotti Law Group, P.C., as a litigation associate defending fraudulent and other claims made against Arbella Mutual Insurance Group and their insureds. A former prosecutor with the Office of the District Attorney, Middle District, Massachusetts, Ms. Caiazzi has counseled her clients on various topics of interest, including fraud indicators, no-fault litigation, and demystyifying the trial process.
