Description of Practice:

Ms. Bagley provides domestic relations, probate and business clients with comprehensive legal services including litigation planning, negotiation of settlements, trial advocacy and appellate representation. In addition to private clients, Ms. Bagley consults with other attorneys providing expertise in trial preparation, evidentiary issues and the presentation of evidence.

Professional History:

Prior to bringing her practice to Weston Patrick in 2016, Ms. Bagley practiced for fifteen years at Bagley & Bagley, P.C. of Boston, where she gained experience in all Courts of the Commonwealth.

Community Service:

Ms. Bagley was elected Secretary-Treasurer of the Boston Port and Seamen’s Aid Society in 2010 and each year since. She oversees the management of an investment portfolio in excess of $17 million, as well as the operation of The Mariner’s House, a seafarer’s bed and breakfast located in Boston’s North End.
